Build Up Phase

Short List Phase
In this second phase of Capital raise, MoneyMitra holds initial meetings with multiple Investors with a Investor Presentation and Memorandum. Finally, after a short list of the potential Investor is done in agreement with our Client, we facilitate an initial round of discussions between our Client and the Investor
Negotiation Phase
In this third phase of Capital raise, MoneyMitra helps both the parties to arrive at a consensus on the valuation and the final structure of the deal. We help finalizing a structure which is beneficial both to our Clients and the Investor
Deal Closure Phase
In this last stage and most critical phase of Capital raise, MoneyMitra helps coordinate the due diligence and finalise the finer points which crop up during the due diligence process.
